What we do not collect

There is no account, so there is no name, no email address and no password. We do not ask for a Facebook login and we cannot use yours. We do not build a profile of you across sites.

What is kept while you use the tool

The link you paste is held on the server for the lifetime of your result — about thirty minutes — so that the download button has something to point at. After that it is deleted. A single session cookie keeps your result yours while you look at it.

Cookies

One cookie, set by us, containing a random identifier. It exists so that a result you requested is not readable by someone who guesses an address. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is not shared with anyone.

Analytics

We count anonymous events — a submission, a successful read, a failed read, a download click — to know whether the tool works. Those records contain no link, no file name and no identifier of yours.

Advertising

Advertisements, when they appear, are supplied by Google AdSense and are labelled. Ad delivery is controlled by Google under its own policies. If ad code is not loading, it does not affect the tool: downloads work with adverts blocked.

Your choices

Because nothing identifies you, there is no account to delete. Clearing your browser’s cookies for this site removes the session, and any result you had disappears with it.
